Holism is the study of how parts relate to the whole, and an event or action is explained by identifying its place in a pattern that characterizes the ongoing processes of change in the whole system. This philosophy is applied to the study of acne by the new Acne No More system developed by Mike Walden, identifying it as ones body screaming out that something is horribly out of balance inside. Released in e-book form and distributed through its own website, this system takes a holistic approach to the fight against acne and is finally able to offer a cure to those struggling with chronic acne.

Acne sufferers fight a never ending battle against an undefeatable foe. Prior to now, no guaranteed cure for acne has yet been released onto the open market. Current acne medications focus more on the treatment of the symptoms of acne than the cause. Topical medications are available to unclog pores and treat the common bacterium that are associated with acne, namely Propionibacterium acnes, and hormone drugs can provide a temporary respite; however, this does not present the permanent solution that those who have lived with acne for what seems their whole lives desire. Acne No More tackles acne at its foundation, destroying its roots and establishing a plan to prevent it from ever returning.

There are two major contributing factors to the spread and tenacity of acute acne; hormone imbalance and bacterial infection. The Acne No More system applies seven layers of treatment to providing a permanent solution to these problems. Acne begins as a result of hormone irregularities in the teenage years and so it is extremely important that hormone levels first be regulated, then maintained to prevent any further imbalance. Then all systemic blockages are removed and the internal organisms that contribute to this blockage eradicated. Following that, a method is introduced to control environmental elements and daily habits that cause these hormonal imbalances and system blockages and natural internal mechanisms to combat these imbalances are strengthened. External factors that contribute to acne during and after completion of the plan are neutralized and a maintenance plan for a continued acne free existence established.

The test trials of Acne No More revealed miraculous results. In sharp contrast to the over the counter or prescription medications available on the market, Acne No More had a one hundred percent success rate within the designated time frame. Regardless of the severity of infection, every participant was the proud possessor of clear, beautiful skin within a month of beginning the Acne No More System. Since its release to the general public Acne No More has made a name for itself, offering a drug free solution to the problem of acne and giving back to those suffering from acne something many have long since abandoned: hope.

So I am writing this having acne for many years. I have tried lots of known treatments out there such as Proactive Solution and acne free in 3 days. I have also been to the doctor and tried heavier medications to solve the problem.

Guess what, there was only one result. I only got rid of acne for a very short period of time and I had to take the medication to keep it off or the treatment didn’t work at all. My point is that I am here to announce you officially that all the known treatments for this problem do not work. And that’s the reason I hate all these treatments with a passion!

So what makes this acne cure manual so different?

It was a miracle solution for me when I was desperate to get rid of acne that I had. What this manual is, is a step by step instructions on how to cure your skin problems permanently.

The bottom line is that you need to change your lifestyle and your diet to put a permanent plug on your acne outbreaks.

You will also need to find out the reasons why you breakout in the first place and what goes on inside your body that causes those breakouts. Understanding these reason is crucial to removing acne.

For most people acne outbreaks happen because of how they eat. To give a right away suggestion, increase the number of vegetables that you eat. Cut out all the dry foods. Also increase the quantity of fluids that you drink.

It is also a good idea to wash the acne affected areas frequently and rub them with alcohol. Both of these procedures will simply cleanse you skin.

But this is not a scenario that everybody should cater to. Your outbreaks can be a totally different story.

“Don’t judge a book by its cover” is what normally people say. This is because people normally judge a book by it’s cover! People attribute physical appearance to the attractiveness of an individual. First impressions are important in situations such as employment or business, and you don’t want to have acne then. You would want to know how to clear acne, and get rid of it without scarring your face!

Millions of people suffer from acne, and though it is not a severe condition, it dishes damage to the psychological and emotional side of teenagers and adults. Teenagers are at the age where they want to be accepted by their peers, but those with acne are often isolated from the rest, leading to emotional pain. The same goes for adults as well. This is why dermatologists are in demand: Even if the acne is short term, the feeling of uselessness, inadequacy and low self esteem is enough for people to want to know how to clear acne and get rid of it straight away. Medication can help, but most of the time they are prohibitively expensive, and sometimes those chemicals can even have side effects, leaving people who are finding out how to clear acne resort to natural cures.

An easy way on how to clear acne is to reduce sugar intake. Sugar is naturally good for you, but most people obtain too much sugar from things like soft drinks. When was the last time you had a soft drink? Not too long ago I guess! High sugar intake increases the chances of yeast infection, and this can lead to build up in body toxins, which eventually show up as acne. Now you know how to clear acne: Simply reducing sugar intake also reduces the chances of unsightly acne appearing on your skin.

Suffering from acne and can’t take it any more? Tried many cures but they all don’t work? Here are my top 3 ways on How To Clear Acne. Stop any more craters on your face by Clicking Here!

Many people try to self diagnose their acne without consulting a doctor. However, it is always a good idea to at least check with a dermatologist because you might have a skin condition or type of special or different that will react better to a different treatment. Even if it is acne vulgaris, with mild or moderate impairment, the doctor always gives valuable information and tips about how to treat it.

Mild or moderate acne can be treated with medicines often not prescribed, but severe cases of acne should be treated with drugs that require a prescription from a dermatologist. Even in moderate cases of acne, prescription drugs may be more effective than those available without prescription.

There are two types of acne treatments, using prescription drugs, the implementation of oral and topical use. Antibiotics are often used to combat acne, and can be taken either orally or applied through a lotion. The prescription drugs, which are topical, often include ingredients such as zinc or retinoids.

Antibiotics, the antibiotic most commonly used in treating acne is tetracycline. It is used to eliminate the bacteria responsible for the formation of acne and also helps reduce inflammation. Antibiotic treatment may take several weeks or even months to be effective and should be continued even after the acne has decreased. One side effect associated with tetracycline is increased sensitivity to sunlight and can cause sunburn and severe deeper than normal if the patient stays in the sun too long. Other side effects include stomach upset, dizziness and urticaria.

Women taking tetracycline may be an increased risk of vaginal fungal infections. Pregnant women and children under 12 years should not take tetracycline because discolor growing teeth.

Ointments and creams, antibiotic creams and ointments have fewer complications than oral antibiotics. These products are effective because they attack the bacteria that cause acne, and when used in conjunction with other topical treatments such as benzoyl peroxide, enhances its effect as the bacteria can develop resistance to antibiotics.

Retinoids; Retinoids are derivatives of vitamin A and can be applied directly to the skin either by means of lotions or creams. The use of topical medicines that contain retinoids are useful for treating blackheads and white dots, as they work to help open clogged pores. A fairly common side effect is dry skin.

The use of oral retinoids is indicated for severe cases of acne, especially those who do not respond to other types of treatment. Andalusia taken oral retinoids, the top layer of skin peels which will open the pores. Another effect of retinoids is that helps the body to produce less sebum – the substance that causes oily skin.

There are several serious side effects associated with use of oral retinoids. One of them is that they can cause birth defects if mothers are taking retinoids pregnant, so women should use birth control methods while taking this medicine.

Retinoids can also cause liver damage and depression, so it is essential to have a regular health care, which can ensure that no patient is being adversely affected by treatment with retinoids.

Other medicines, contraceptive pills are sometimes effective in the treatment of acne in women. These medications affect levels of hormones in the body and can reduce acne that is caused by the reaction of the organism to the hormone testosterone.

Zinc is a relatively new treatment that has proved effective in some cases. Always check with your dermatologist to see what the most effective treatment for your particular.

Scientific knowledge about acne allows us to shed light on some of the myths surrounding this condition, but many still remain. Here we list some of the most common myths about acne.

Acne myths -1

Acne is caused by poor hygiene. This belief may have arisen because of the skin infections associated with acne. However, the lack of cleanliness is not the reason for outbreaks of acne. The mixture of sebum and dead cells beneath the skin surface makes it impossible to clean. However, cleaning by washing with mild soap and water twice a day, keep the skin as healthy as possible. Be careful not to scrub too hard, because that could make the acne worse.

Acne myths -2

Acne is caused by certain foods. There is an old belief that eating chocolate linked to the appearance of acne and pimples. There is no scientific evidence for this relationship – studies have shown that there is a statistically significant relationship between eating chocolate and acne. Within the same acne myth is linked with other foods such as potato chips and sugar. It is true, however, that eating too much of these foods is unhealthy, and you want to stay as healthy as possible and always if you feel even more affected by acne. Limiting the consumption of chocolate and sugar is always a good idea.

Even though chocolate and french fries do not cause acne, some foods seem to aggravate. Thus we could speak of a relationship between milk and acne, and also among the foods high in iodine and the emergence of a greater number of grains. Iodine is found in seafood, so that people with acne are often advised not to eat too much seafood.

Acne myths – 3

Acne is related to sex. On several occasions we have heard that masturbation or celibacy is the cause of the grains. Logically there is no evidence that this is real. There is a connection between the production of the hormone testosterone and sexual activity, however, the relationship between sex (or lack thereof) and the production of sebum (the oily substance which combines with dead skin cells to cause acne) is unclear. The anger and stress produced an increase in the presence of the hormone testosterone.

Acne myths – 4

Acne is a cycle and we must “pass”. There are many treatments available to treat acne, so those who suffer from this condition, its effects and discomfort, may find relief by consulting with a dermatologist or using any of the medicines and creams that are sold without prescription. Acne is treatable and should not just assume and expect to “pass”.

Acne myths – 5

Acne is a condition that only affects teenagers. It is true that most adolescents have acne, but also affects some adults. Acne becomes less important or is weakened to 20-25 years, but there are also people who experience acne for the first time when they are at half the 30 or 40 years.
Myths of Acne – 6

Acne only affects appearance. Acne is a skin condition that can also cause psychological harm. People with severe acne are especially vulnerable to feelings of depression and low self-esteem. There is a very strong relationship between severe acne and being a shy person socially.

Acne myths – 7

Break out the grains is the best way to get rid of them. In fact, manipulating the grains can aggravate acne by spreading the bacteria that causes it. Touch and out brands that can cause severe cases could be made permanent.

Acne myths – 8

Take the sun is good for acne. Sun exposure is the drying effect of excess fat in the skin so it actually has a beneficial effect in the short term. However, the skin quickly becomes accustomed to sun exposure and no clear benefit can be detected in the long term. Sun exposure can damage the skin and also increases the likelihood of skin cancer.

Acne myths – 9

The constitution of each individual cause acne. Some people are born with some predisposition to it clog the pores, which is bad for health, but are definitely not the cause of acne. Cosmetics labeled “noncomedogenic” or “nonacnegenic” are safe to use and some brands are combined with ingredients to treat acne.

Acne myths – 10

The more drugs are used best treatment of acne. Some people believe that if the acne gets worse, should be used more for medicines and treatments. The excessive use of ointments and creams for acne, can be counterproductive, causing skin irritation, and medicines for oral use can be dangerous when taken in excessive amounts, at higher doses marked by the physician. Always follow the instructions on all medications and comply with the information supplied by your doctor.

Causes of acne:

When a person wants to say no to acne and prevent this from occurring, the person has to know the various causes of acne to be able to prevent it. The major causes of acne are the excessive production of the sebum, which is a secretion from the skin. Normally sebum is produced in all people, but in people who are in the adolescent age, there is an excessive production of this fluid due to various hormonal changes. This sebum causes the pimples to occur.

The other factors that cause acne are the dirt that is not washed off and also the eating habits of the person. Heredity is also another cause of acne. Some of these things can be modified to reduce the occurrence of acne, but other things like the age and heredity cannot be obviously modified.

Prevention of acne:

The simplest method of preventing acne is to wash and keep the skin clean. Washing with a mild soap with very less chemicals is the most important method of preventing acne. Frequent washing is very important as it will wash away all the dirt and also wash away the oil on the fact. Other than this, there are certain creams that are sulphur based or those that contain benzoyl peroxide that can be used to apply on the skin to prevent acne.

Home remedies:

Cleaning the pores with steaming and facials can also help to make the face free of all the pimples and wash away the sebum. Home remedies that have been found to be effective include applying tooth paste on the pimples. This reduces the severity of the pimples and also the decreases the occurrence of the pimples. There are also instances where there is a decrease in the number of pimples if the person decreases the amount of foods that contain a lot of oil and calories.

Medical Management:

The medical management for the prevention of pimples or acne includes the use of antibiotics. Various antibacterial agents and also antibiotics are used to prevent the severity of pimples. These include antibiotics like erythromycin.

There are also instances where the use of oral contraceptives has reduced the incidence of acne. In severe cases where there are a lot of pimples, the person suffering is given cortisone which is a steroid and an anti inflammatory agent. This prevents the formation of new pimples and also reduces the size of the existing pimples. LASER treatment can also be used to reduce acne.

Removing acne scars from your face does not have to be done with over the counter treatments. In the past I have seriously reduced the appearance of my facial scars with some great natural treatments.

Let’s take a look at some home remedies I have used in the past.

The first remedy we shall look at is fruit, and especially citrus fruits such as lemons. Lemons are naturally effective at killing bacteria, a known cause that aggravates your skin. Simply applying lemon juice to the affected area will kill the bacteria and start the healing process. Apply the lemon juice before bedtime, leave on overnight, and then wash away in the morning with clean warm water.

In the past I have used this method, and it has been very effective at reducing the amount of acne scars, not only on my face, but on other parts of my body including my back and neck area.

One more really good method of clearing your acne scars is to apply either cocoa or shea butter. This product comes from Africa, and is used in many ways, one of those being for skin creams. It has not been proven to get rid of your acne scars, but after some research into this product, many people have said they have seen positive results when used on small acne scars.

Both of these butter products can simply be applied to the affected area. Always test on a small area first this is to make sure that they don’t have a adverse affect on your skin.

The first acne scar treatment I mentioned, I have used many times. In the past it has worked for me, not only in reducing the appearance of the scars on my face, but also removing them too.
