Acne: Natural remedy for acne

acnenomoreNature has given remedies to diseases.  The fact of the matter is, humans have the ability to realize and innovate the solution to a particular problem.

If you have a fair understanding of how nature works, and which are the natural methods of taking care of yourself, then you are less prone to diseases and problems as a whole. When curing skin irritations, it is vital to use natural resources first to gently exfoliate and cleanse the skin to avoid any infection, especially blackheads. If this problem is resolved at the earliest, less irritation is caused to the sufferer.

There are several elements which can be used as herbs etc., which are a very effective source in skin health and its care. For instance, radish, lemon juice and tomato are very effective in treating freckles, which is a mixture of natural ingredients and have no side effects. As it is an early stage treatment, it can be used coupled with mild cleansers which help remove dirt and other bacteria from the skin deep.

Other combination can be made with neem, pepper, and sandalwood coupled with milk if necessary to maintain skin radiance and to boost its suppleness. This mixture can be made at home with fresh ingredients in use to get most out of it, as it would work best if used in suitable timings. One thing in all solutions is necessary and that is the sufferer should avoid direct sunlight and exposure to indirect sunlight as well till the treatment ends. Since sunlight throws ultra violet rays your way and other elements which are hazardous to the skin especially to the lighter tone or fairer complexion.

The skin care is not as easy as can be considered because one has to prevent the affected or healthy skin from the possible hazards which can ultimately cause irritation or development or a disease.

Keeping that in mind you’ll find dealing with your skin a lot easier at the end of the day.

Remove Facial Acne Scars Naturally

acnenomore

Removing acne scars from your face does not have to be done with over the counter treatments. In the past I have seriously reduced the appearance of my facial scars with some great natural treatments.

Let’s take a look at some home remedies I have used in the past.

The first remedy we shall look at is fruit, and especially citrus fruits such as lemons. Lemons are naturally effective at killing bacteria, a known cause that aggravates your skin. Simply applying lemon juice to the affected area will kill the bacteria and start the healing process. Apply the lemon juice before bedtime, leave on overnight, and then wash away in the morning with clean warm water.

In the past I have used this method, and it has been very effective at reducing the amount of acne scars, not only on my face, but on other parts of my body including my back and neck area.

One more really good method of clearing your acne scars is to apply either cocoa or shea butter. This product comes from Africa, and is used in many ways, one of those being for skin creams. It has not been proven to get rid of your acne scars, but after some research into this product, many people have said they have seen positive results when used on small acne scars.

Both of these butter products can simply be applied to the affected area. Always test on a small area first this is to make sure that they don’t have a adverse affect on your skin.

The first acne scar treatment I mentioned, I have used many times. In the past it has worked for me, not only in reducing the appearance of the scars on my face, but also removing them too.
