The Reason Why You Get White Heads

acnenomoreThose nasty bumps on your face that swell up into mounds filled with puss do not happen for no reason. Your kin produces white heads when oils, serum and obstructions in the blood create a clog in your pores. When the pore gets clogged it closes up and is not able to get any oxygen. The absence of oxygen cause them to change color, then bacteria builds up and causes the infected pore to swell with puss.

The skin on your face is especially prone to this type of infection, that is why white heads pop up mostly on the face, especially around the mouth where the oils are the heaviest. If you want to solve this disgusting problem you’re going to need to be persistent in washing your face with warm water. Try to rinse your face with warm water for 2-5 minutes every time you eat something. You can do this as many times a day as you want, just remember to rinse with cold water when you are done, to close the pores back up.

Another nice little home remedy for this problem. A lot of people like to boil water and then let it steam, then they hold their face over the steaming water for five to ten minutes.. The steam will draw the dirt out of the pores and prevent acne from occurring. Once the pores have been loosened, gently press the bumps so the puss seeps out. Do not pinch them or scratch them as this will cause scarring. Once again you should use cold water or an ice cube to close the pores, this will prevent dirt from re-entering the freshly opened pores.

Another thing that will help you, is a good acne product. Do not overuse your acne treatment as it may do you more harm then good, by drying out the skin. If you’re looking for a solid acne treatment at an affordable price than I would recommend you consider the Acne No More solution. Simple Steps to Help with Acne

acnenomoreHealing your acne problems can really be a challenge, especially if you are clueless on where to start. Most people will tell you to just go to your dermatologist, but the truth is there are plenty of things you can do at home that will help you with your acne. The following are a couple of simple steps you can take to clear up your acne without having to spend a bunch of cash and schedule appointments with a dermatologist.

Don’t wear any make up. You may say “but if I remove my make up then my acne will show”… well if you don’t it will get worse. Make up is known to clog pores, trapping bacteria in your skin and causing it to build up until it festers into a nasty and unsightly puss filled bump. This is one of the reason why girls in their teens get bad breakouts. If you don’t want to stop wearing make up for a little while, then at the very least you should wash it off of your face before you go to bed at night. If you don’t your acne will only get worse.

Don’t use to much soap. Using a lot of soap will dry up your skin. You’re probably thinking “good that is what I want”…NO IT IS NOT. If your skin becomes too dry then your body will react by sending oils to the pores, this will result with even more oily skin and red bumps on your face. If you are going to wash your face with something, I wouldn’t recommend hand soap, especially not antibacterial soap. Not only will using too much soap on your face cause pimples, but it will also cause your face to age faster, and if you go out in the sun it will cause wrinkles as well.

Be sure to use an acne toner on a daily basis. Toners will cause your pores to tighten up, thereby keeping dirt form building up in them, and in the long run it will cure your acne and make your skin silky smooth.
