How to Pick an Acne Solution That Works

acnenomoreIf you have suffered from acne, then you know better than anyone how tough it can be to cope with. You have probably tried many methods to get rid of your acne, all the while never finding a solution to your problem. You know how frustrating it is when your colleagues and classmates are making fun of you behind your back an to your face about those ugly bumps on your face. I have been there, and it is not something that anyone should have to go through.

With the staggeringly high number of people who have this problem, you would think that it would be seen as a normal problem, and people would stop making fun of it by now. However, this is simply not the case, and no matter how many people are afflicted with this unsightly condition, it still seems to be the topic of cruel jokes all to often. While the jokes have not subsided, the lack of treatments has. There are now more acne treatments on the market than ever before, and it can be very difficult to distinguish which ones actually work. In order to choose a system that works, you must know what causes acne and how it can be cured and prevented. You can then make the best decision possible based on what you have learned.

Acne can be caused by multiple factors, both internal and external. If the problem is external it is caused by the clogging of the pores by sebum or skin oil. When the pores are clogged they cannot get oxygen and this permits the growth of bacteria. It is this bacteria that causes the pores to become inflamed and swell with puss, creating what we know as pimples. If the problem is internal it can be caused by hormonal imbalances and impurities in the blood stream, as well as dietary problems. Usually moderate to severe acne is caused by a combination of external and internal factors, while minor cases are usually only caused by one of the two. Since you are not a dermatologist and you can not officially diagnose the EXACT cause of your acne, you should take an approach that solves both causes. Such an approach would be the Acne No More system.
