acnenomoreA lot of the time, breakouts are caused by your diet. If your body is not as healthy as it should be then of course your skin will not be. There fore you should try to keep a well balanced and nutritious diet. Exercising can also help cleanse the blood of toxins that can clog pores and create acne. Before you consider taking some sort of acne pill or spending a lot of money on acne treatments, you should first see how changing your diet affects your acne.

If you are taking in lots of oils, sugars and fats, then chances are you have at least 1 or 2 pimples on your face. It really is no surprise that these types of food can cause these effects, when you consider the effects they have on the rest of your body. You probably have eaten some pizza, or some other kind of greasy food and then woke up in the morning with a huge zit on your face before, so you know how true this is.

 

Another food to avoid when trying to heal your acne is chocolate. I’m sure if you enjoy eating chocolate, you probably won’t want to admit this but it is a proven fact. While eating lots of chocolate may cause a bump or 2, there is really nothing wrong with eating it in moderation. Just don’t sit there and eat a whole box of them in one sitting.

 

If you want to try getting rid of that acne in a natural manner, then I would recommend you switch to eating organic foods. Organic foods don’t have as many acne causing chemicals in them. The pesticides and other additives in non organic foods can deposit toxins into your blood which can cause outbreaks. Another good thing to do, is to consume vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. Your body needs vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to complete just about every function it is capable of, clearing acne is no different.
